The small gloves each measure 178 mm in circumference and 171 mm in hand length, the medium gloves each measure 203 mm in circumference and 182 mm in hand length, and the large gloves each measure 229 mm in circumference and 192 mm in hand length. We recommend these gloves for use with any and all TRX weighted and resistance-training products for a better and more efficient performance.
